主动脉弓手术中脑的保护
Brain Protection in Aortic Arch Operation
摘要
由单纯手术操作引起的主动脉弓部手术死亡率大为下降,而由于术中脑保护不当造成的神经系统并发症成为影响预后的重要因素。现就主动脉弓部手术时脑保护方法作一回顾。
