摘要
目的 了解辐照氟银异体肌腱移植后宿主的免疫排斥反应。方法 采用 32只家兔随机分为 4组 :分别将制备好的辐照氟银异体肌腱 (A组 ) ,单纯辐照异体肌腱 (B组 ) ,深低温冷冻异体肌腱 (C组 )与自体肌腱 (D组 ) ,行肌腱移植。观察术后 3周和 8周宿主血清微量细胞毒性。结果 辐照组淋巴细胞死亡率与自体组无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,均低于冷冻组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 辐照氟银异体肌腱具有明显的低抗原性 。
Objective To observe the immune rejection response in host body after homograft of γ-Irradiated tendon incorporated with norfloxacin and silver immersion.Methods Thirty-two rabbits were randomly divided into four groups:irradiated allegoric tendon incorporated with norfloxacin and silver group(Group A),irradiated allegoric tendon group(Group B),deep-frozen allegoric tendon group(Group C)and autogeneic tendon group(Group D).They were then implanted into defects of Achilles tendons respectively.Immunologic property was observed at 3 weeks and 8 weeks after opetaiton.Results The contents of lymphocytoxicity showed lower in Group A,B and D than that in Group C(P<0.05).Conclusion γ-Irradiated tendon incorporated with norfloxacin and silver immersion is a good allegoric grafts,which can remarkably decreased the antigenecity.
