Synthesis of optically active N-Benzyl-1-phenylethylamine

摘要 以光学活性苯乙胺和苯甲醛为起始原料,用硼氢化钾还原生成的中间体亚胺物,可以合成光学活性N-苄基-苯乙胺。产品R-(+)-N-苄基-苯乙胺比旋光度[α]24D=+38.28°;S ( ) N 苄基 苯乙胺比旋光度为[α]24D=-39.75°,收率均在85%左右。 Optically pure N-Benzyl-1-phenylethylamine have been prepared from optically active α-phenylethylamine and benzaldehyde via hydrogenation of the intermediate N-Benzylidene-1-phenylethylamine by KBH_4 . The specific rotation of R-(+)-N-Benzyl-1-phenylethylamine is +38.28°and that of S-(-)-N-Benzyl-1-phenylethylamine is -39.75°.The yield is about 85%.
