微柱凝集技术检测新生儿溶血病的临床应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨微柱凝集技术在新生儿溶血病 (HDN)中的应用。方法 采用BioVue系统微柱凝集技术对 5 2例HDN患儿进行检测 ,同时用传统的试管法抗球蛋白试验作比较。结果 统计学上两种方法对HDN检出率无显著性差别 ,但微柱凝集技术能检出试管法所不能检出的阴性血样 ,比试管法检测凝集强度高 1+~ 2 +。结论 BioVue系统微柱凝集技术能快速准确检测出HDN ,具有更高的灵敏度 ,是直观可靠的方法。 Objective To discuss the application of CAT in testing HDN.Methods 52 newborns with HDN were tested by BioVue System CAT comparing with traditional TAT(Tube Agglutination Technique)anti human IgG test.Results In statistic, testing rate of the two methods in HDN was not obviously different,but CAT could test the negative blood samples that could not be tested by TAT and was higher 1+~2+ than TAT in agglutinate intention.Conclusion BioVue System CAT can test HDN quickly and exactly, its sensitivity was higher, the technique was reliable and directly observed.
