摘要
对宝钢电炉盛钢桶用铝镁炭砖使用后的显微组成和结构进行了分析 ,研究了用后铝镁炭砖的相组成和显微结构变化。结果表明 ,铝镁炭砖在使用过程中组成相的烧结反应产物产生的微膨胀使制品结构进一步致密 ,尤其是越靠近工作面 ,尖晶石晶粒尺寸越大 ,最终在工作面与蚀变铝酸钙一起形成致密层 ,有效地减缓和阻止了铁水和熔渣向砖内的侵蚀与渗透。
The microstructure and compositions of the used Al 2 O 3 -MgO-C brick for the ladle in Baosteel EAF are analyzed. Further study was made on the phase composition and the change of the microstructure. It is shown that the sintering reaction of the compositions during the application of the brick led to micro expansion which in turn densified the structure. The closer to the working surface, the bigger the crystals of spinels are. Finally a densified layer with reacted calcium aluminates is formed. This layer reduced the penetration and erosion of liquid steel and slag in the brick.
