摘要
目的 观察MMP 9和nm2 3在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)浸润、转移中的表达 ,探讨其与CT表现的关系。资料与方法 利用免疫组织化学S P法测定经手术病理证实的 2 8例肺鳞癌、16例肺腺癌和 4例其他类型肺癌及其组织中的MMP 9、nm2 3表达水平 ,分析其表达水平与术前CT检查中的各种CT征象的相关性。结果 肺癌组织中MMP 9和nm2 3的阳性表达率分别为 81.2 5 % (39/ 4 8)和 79.17% (38/ 4 8)。肺癌组织中MMP 9、nm2 3的表达水平与肿瘤TNM分期、组织类型、分化程度、瘤体直径≥ 4cm、毛刺、棘突、胸膜凹陷征的出现无明确相关 (P >0 .0 7)。有无深分叶征、空泡征及侵袭转移两组间的MMP 9表达差异均有显著性意义 (χ2 值分别为 9.1、7.87和 7.78,P值均 <0 .0 5 )。而nm2 3均显示无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 深分叶征、空泡征与MMP 9表达水平相关 ,可作为预测肺癌转移潜能的CT征象。未发现nm2
Objective To observe the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and nm23 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with invasion and metastasis, to discuss the correlation between the expressions and CT signs.Materials and Methods With immunohistochemical S-P technique, the expression levels of MMP-9 and nm23 were estimated in 48 cases with pathologically proved NSCLC, including pulmonary squamous carcinoma (n=28), adenocarcinoma (n=16) and un-identified type (n=4). The correlation between CT signs and expression level was studied.Results The total positive expression rate of MMP-9 and nm23 was 81.25% and 79.17%, respectively. The expression level of MMP-9 and nm23 showed no correlation with TNM stage, histological type, differentiation degree, tumor's diameter ≥4cm, spiculation, spine or pleural indentation (P> 0.07). Significant difference in MMP-9 expression existed between the patients who had the signs of, and the patients who had not the signs of deep lobulation, vacuole and metastasis with χ 2 value being 9.1, 7.87 and 7.78, respectively, and P<0.05. No significant correlation between nm23 and CT signs was found (P>0.05).Conclusion Signs of deep lobulation and vacuole are correlated with MMP-9 expression and can be regarded as index for estimating the metastatic potential in NSCLC.
