摘要
采用 2kW的CO2 激光器对经过不同预处理的GCr15钢进行了激光淬火试验。试验结果表明经过特殊预处理的GCr15钢经激光淬火后得到了超细的等轴晶粒 ,尺寸为 0 6 μm× 0 6 μm。此工艺在GCr15钢药物冲头中的应用和试验结果表明 ,GCr15钢药物冲头的综合力学性能较好 ,使用寿命有显著提高。
Laser-beam hardening for GCr15 steel pre-treated by different process was tested with 2kW CO_2 laser apparatus.The results show that the ultra-fine equiaxed crystal with size of 0.6μm×0.6μm is gained in the surface of GCr15 steel by laser-beam hardening after special pre-treated.The application of this process in GCr15 steel tablet punch pin shows that the overall mechanical properties and service life of the pin are improved remarkably.
