摘要
针对中国石化洛阳分公司减压炉余热回收系统空气预热器存在的问题,采用无机热传导热管预热器进行了更换改造,并为减少热管积灰,防止露点腐蚀采取了相应的技术措施。通过一年多的运行,和原回转蓄热式空气预热器相比,排烟温度降低了67℃,空气预热后温度提高了113℃,减压炉热效率提高了7.8个百分点,达91.1%。每年可节约燃料费约107万元,且使用温度范围宽,寿命长,不易爆管和积灰,安全可靠。
Heat exchanger with inorganic heat conduction heat pipe was applied to replace the original air preheater in the surplus heat recovery system of vacuum furnace in Luoyang Petrochemical Company for reducing the dust deposition inside the heat pipe and preventing dew point corrosion. More than one year running showed that the new preheater in comparison with the original heat storage type preheater had the advantages of the flue gas exhaustion temperature lowing by 67℃ , the air preheating temperature increasing by 103℃ , increasing the heat efficiency of the vacuum furnace by 37.8 percentages and reached 91.1% , saving fuel 107 million yuan per year, as well as widening the service temperature, prolonging the service life, avoiding pipe explosion and dust deposition, and more safety.
