摘要
对采用粉末冶金法制备泡沫铝材料进行研究。详细讨论了发泡时间对泡沫铝密度、孔隙率的影响,描述了发泡过程孔结构的演变过程,并对发泡机理进行分析。在发泡过程中,氢气压力作为膨胀动力,在开始阶段,压力随着时间的增加而增大,气泡长大;达到一定值后,由于气泡过度生长而发生破裂,形成塌缩。
The process of preparation foam aluminum by powder metallurgy method was studied. Effect of foaming time on the density and porosity of foam aluminum was discussed in detail. Evolution of pores in the foaming process was described, and the foaming mechanism was analysed. In foaming course, with time increase at the initial stage, the pressure of hydrogen as the expanding drive increases and the bubbles grow. Pores collapse due to growing excessively at certain hydrogen pressure.
