摘要
目的 金瓷修复体已广泛应用于临床 ,本文总结金属瓷修复体修复质量 ,以期达到理想的效果。方法 分析 5 30例修复体方法、效果。结果 成功 4 92例 ,失败 38例。结论 该技术是当前口腔矫形中较理想的技术 ,但可发生松动、崩瓷、基牙病变及颈缘黑线等失败情况。应注意操作 。
Objective To summarize repair quality of ceramic repair to achieve the good curative effect because this was wide use in clinic. Methods 530 cases of ceramic repair were analyzed in its methods and effect. Results There were 492 cases successful and 38 cases failure. Conclusion The technique of ceramic repair could be an ideal in clinic. But the crack and abscission, teeth broken and cracked, tooth pulp lesion, loosen of repair could cause failure. The procedure should pay attention to so that to adapt the relative measures.
