摘要
本文提出了一种新的图像压缩编码方案。方案考虑到像素之间的很强的相关性,将方块编码、内插法、非线性量化法有机地结合起来,克服了各种编码方法单独使用时的不足。具有压缩比高,抗干扰能力强,算法简单,易于硬件实现等特点。利用本文研究的方案进行了计算机模拟实验。实验结果达到了预期的目的,恢复的图像主客观效果良好。
A new scheme for image compression coding is proposed. In consideration of the correlation between the picture elements, it is produced form the combination of block truncation coding, interpolation,nonlinear quantization. The scheme has many excellent features :high compressing ratio,strong resistance to interference,simple algorithm and easy realization in hardware. Especially it can overcome the faults appeared by using various other coding method alone. The expected results was achieved in computer simulation experiments. The reconstructed image is verygood in SNR and perception.
