摘要
通过文献资料调研、调查访问和运动生物力学分析等研究方法 ,对女子跳马前手翻类和侧手翻类技术动作进行了比较研究。找出了这两类动作共同的运动学特征与不同的技术特点 。
By using the method of document, investigation interview and biomechanical analysis,the author makes comparing analysis on hand pushing technique of forward and cartwheel somersault in women's vaulting horse,find out the common kinematical characteristics and different technical feature,provides the theoretical basis for hand pushing technique in women's vaulting horse.
