摘要
用种子乳液聚合法制备了含氟乳液 ,运用KrussK12型动态表面能分析仪测定含氟涂膜对水和十六烷的接触角 ,研究了含氟乳液成膜过程的条件 ,如成膜温度、成膜时间、涂膜厚度、基材材质及浸入时间等对涂膜性能的影响 .结果表明 ,乳液成膜过程的条件也会极大地影响含氟乳液涂膜性能 .在载玻片上制备含氟乳液涂膜 ,控制涂膜厚度为 10 0 μm、成膜温度为 30 ℃、成膜时间 6 .5 h ,可得到性能较佳的含氟乳液涂膜 .
Fluorinated latex was prepared by means of seed em ulsion polymerization. The contact angles between the fluorine-containing film and the water or hexadecane were measured by using the Kruss K12 dynamic surface energy analyzer. The influences of the formation conditions of the fluorine-containing film, such as the formation temperature and the time of film formation, the film thickness, the substrate and the dipping time on film properties were then studied. The results indicate that the formation conditions affect film properties greatly. A film with excellent properties can be prepared on glass surface by controlling the formation temperature at 30℃, the formation time for 6.5h and the film thickness at 100μm.
