摘要
将图景分析思维模式和动态博弈模型理论结合分析竞争双方在战略制定过程中的博弈过程和可能性结论的这一方法目前成为国外战略管理领域新兴出现的热点。由于网上银行和人民币业务将成为入世后中外资银行的主要金融营运手段和竞争业务 ,因此本文选取中外资银行入世后网上人民币业务竞争战略为研究对象 ,运用图景动态博弈分析法对双方的可能战略选择进行深入分析 。
When making the strategies, the prospect analysis thinking mode and dynamic game model theory could be used to analyze the game process and the possible conclusion for both of the competitors. This theory has already become a newly hot issue in the field of strategy management both at home and abroad. And the Internet banking and RMB business will be the main financial operation ways and competitive business for both of the domestic and foreign banks after China's entry into WTO. Therefore, the analysis target for this paper is the competitive strategy for RMB business for domestic and foreign banks. So the possible strategies for the domestic and foreign banks will be deeply discussed with the analysis method of prospect dynamic game theory in this paper. Also we will introduce the inspiration and countermeasures of the Internet banking business strategy for both of the domestic and foreign competitors.
