摘要
用大棚代替温室,太阳能替代电、煤等能源,不用电炉、锅炉等加温设备,实生苗当年留在苗床,第2年进行新植并选种的新方法培育与选择甘蔗实生苗,研究新方法培育的实生苗工农艺性状、入选率和培育费用等,并与常规方法比较。结果表明:新方法不用温室、播种箱、加温设备、能源、假定植的土地和用工等,培育出的实生苗的农艺性状、产量性状和工艺性状等比常规方法培育出的实生苗表现更充分,植株更高、茎径更粗、有效茎更多、田间锤度更高,入选率平均比常规方法高约3倍,是一种简便易行、投入较少、效果更好、能缩短育种年限、加快育种进程、早出品种、快出品种、多出品种、出好品种的甘蔗实生苗培育与选择方法。
Green house was replaced with plastic big awnings, using the solar energy as a substitute for energy sources for electricity and coals, heating equipments for electric stoves and boilers. The seedlings were retained in the nursery in the first year, the plant cane and the selection were carried out in the secondary year. The result proved that new method of cultivation and selection for the seedlings need not greenhouse, planting boxes, heating equipments, the energy sources, land for heeling-in and setting and works etc.. Agronomic, yield and technological characters of the seedlings showed more fully than conventional method: it was higher (bigger, more, higher) than conventional method in plant (diameter, available stalks, brix in field), average rate of selection for the seedlings was about 3 times higher than conventional method. The method was a means of cultivation and selection for seedlings for simple and convenient selection, less investment, better effect, could shorten the number of years for breeding, could quicken breeding process. The varieties were earlier, quicker, more and better bred up.
