奥芬达唑和阿苯达唑对猪囊尾蚴作用形态学比较观察 被引量:5

摘要 观察了奥芬达唑和阿苯达唑对猪体内及体外培养的不同发育阶段囊尾蚴作用的形态学效果。结果表明奥芬达唑具有显著的疗效 ,优于阿苯达唑 ,且对未成熟期猪囊尾蚴的杀灭作用优于成熟期。提示奥芬达唑可能成为抗未成熟期猪囊尾蚴及治疗脑囊虫病的有效药物。 Comparative morphological observation of C. cellulosae in vivo and in vitro following oxfendazole and (albendazole) treatment respectively were described. The results showed that oxfendazole and albendazole both had obvious effects. Oxfendazole was better than albendazole and had better effects on immature cysticerci than on (mature) ones. The results suggest that oxfendazole may become a more effective drug against immature cysticerci and neurocysticercosis.
