摘要
在国家"863"计划的支持下,以农业专家系统为代表的"智能化农业信息技术应用示范工程"在全国已建立23个示范区,涉及22个省市。针对农业专家系统应用示范工程的特点,讨论分析了示范工程评价的原则、层次和结构,从示范区建设、实用专家系统开发、示范推广应用、信息传播建设和示范区特色建设5个方面,构筑了评价指标体系。图2,参5。
Under the support of 863 national plans,with agricultural expert system as representative 'Intelligent agricultural IT application demonstration project' have established 23 demonstration districts in China, is concerned with 22 province. According to the agricultural expert characteristic of systematic application demonstration project, this paper discusses the principle of appraisement, appraisement structure and the level of application demonstration project. Appraisement index system is build from the 5 aspects of demonstration regional construction, practical expert systematic development, demonstration application popularizes, information spread construction, and demonstration characteristic construction.
