摘要
近年,我国政区地名变更较多,在政区地名命名和更改时出现了许多重名、层次混乱和名地不符现象,给社会管理、对外交往以及人民生活造成诸多不便。在这种情况下,认清现存的实际问题并分析其形成原因,最终找到解决之方,具有相当的紧迫性和必要性。
In recent years, in the administrative division name changed more in our country,appeared a lot of great reputation, level confusion and wrong names of the places,caused a great deal of inconvenience to social management,contacts with outside world and people's lives. In this case, it is suitable urgency and necessity see clearly the practical problems,analyze the forming reasons and find the solution finally.
