摘要
劳动定额是企业管理的一项重要的基础性工作。企业在组织生产、核算成本、衡量劳动生产率、贯彻按劳分配等方面都离不开劳动定额。企业制定劳动定额是全面的、系统性的工作,应该采用科学合理的方法。劳动定额的管理应该客观、标准,从而能够提高劳动生产率,提高企业的经济效益。
