摘要
20世纪 90年代初开始的俄罗斯向市场经济转轨 ,一直为世人所关注。 1 2年来 ,俄罗斯走过了一段复杂的改革路程。本文在占有大量资料的基础上 ,对渐进式改革和激进式改革的成本和收益、俄罗斯选择激进式改革方案的原因、俄罗斯实施激进式改革方案的过程及其结果 ,以及普京上台后俄罗斯经济发展模式和经济政策的调整及其成效等问题进行系统的分析和论证 。
The economic transition, which started in Russia in the 1990s, has drawn attention of the world. Russia has witnessed a difficult course of reform in the last 12 years. On the basis of sufficient related data, this paper systematically analyses and intends to draw lessons and experience from the following issues: the costs and gains of gradual and radical reforms, the causes of Russia's choice of radical reform, the process and results of Russia's radical reform, and the adjustments and their effects of Russia's economic pattern and policies after Pukin came into power.
