摘要
“变化”是当今时代的主要特征。本文从权变理论的内涵入手 ,揭示了权变理论的精髓 ,剖析了在高校管理中运用权变理论的必要性和可行性 ,探讨了在高校管理实践中如何恰当运用权变理论 ,适应现代高教管理 ,充分调动管理对象的主观能动性 ,促进高教的改革与发展。
Changing”is the main characteristic of the modern age.This article starts with the connotations of contingency theory,reveals the quintessence of contingency theory,analyses the necessity and feasibility of the use of contingency theory in the management of colleges and universities,and inquires into the issues how the administrative personal properly use the contingency theory in their managing practice of colleges and universities,adapt themselves to the modern management of higher education,fully arouse the subjective initiative of the managed objects,promote the reform and development of higher education.
