摘要
研究了用液相沉积法在云母颗粒表面包覆二氧化钛膜制备云母钛珠光颜料的工艺。结果表明 ,反应温度和时间、基体悬浮液浓度、搅拌速度和煅烧温度是影响包覆效果的关键因素。运用遮盖力和光泽对最终的产品进行了测试 ,当在云母表面包覆一定厚度二氧化钛膜时 ,可以大幅度地提高云母的遮盖力和光泽 ,为制备云母钛珠光颜料奠定了基础。
The technology of coating mica particles with titanium dioxide by liquid deposition method to prepare titanium-coated mica pearl pigment was studied. The results showed that reaction temperature and time, pulp density, stirring velocity and calcination temperature were the key factors influencing the coating effect. Tests were made on the covering capacity and luster of the finished product.It was shown that the covering titanium dioxide film of certain thickness could greatly raise the covering capacity and luster of mica, laying a basis for preparing titanium-coated mica pearl pigment.
