本文讨论了中国加入世界贸易组织后版权贸易和版权保护所面临的全球大环境。简述了国内外版权贸易和版权保护发展过程和现状 ,分析了我国版权贸易和版权保护面临的机遇和挑战 ,提出了促进版权贸易 。
