摘要
国有资产是全体人民的共同财产。在我国,国有资产重组的方向和目标是改革国有资产配置结构,使国有资产投向重点行业和重点企业,更好地发挥国有经济在国民经济的主导作用。国有资产重组中的产业结构优化、以市场原则建立退出机制、减少国有资产的流失以及对失业职工的补偿等问题,是重要的基本的问题,要深化我们的认识。
State-owned property is the common property of the whole people. In our country the direction and aim of the institutional reorganization of state-owned property is to reform the structure of the property disposition to move the state-owned property to the key industry and key enterprises in order for the state-owned economic plays a leading role in the national economic. It is necessary to refine the industrial structure, build up withdrawal system, reduce the loss of the state-owned property and compensate the unemployed for their loss.
