摘要
临床护理行为中常涉及诸多的法律问题,引发不必要的医疗纠纷。该文结合临床工作经验,着重分析手术室护理工作中潜在的法律问题,主要涉及到失职和侵权行为。提出通过加强和提高护理工作者的法律意识,规范护理工作,保障病人的合法权益,同时杜绝护患纠纷的发生。
We often encounter many law problems in clinical nursing,which can cause unnecessarg malpractice.We mainly analyze the potential law problems which are related to omissions and torts in operation-room according to our clinical practise and experience.So we hope to strengthen the weak link in nursing and improve the nurse's law awareness to protect the patient'legal rights and restrain medical dissension.
