摘要
旧建筑的改造和加固已越来越普遍,在改造和加固的过程中时有需要切断框架梁,这对梁周边的柱及楼盖会起到关联影响,需重新设计,经济造价高,施工周期长。通过一幢办公楼改造中采用置换框架梁的设计,将原有的框架梁用新的框架梁进行置换,改变梁的位置,该方法设计简单,工程造价低,施工周期短。
It is nowadays accepetd to remake and reinforce old buildings. During the process, sometimes an old building need be cut off a frame beam, which will affect circumjacent pillars and a floor slab around the beam. Thus, it need to be designed afresh, which the expense will be much more and the period of construction will be long. Through illustrating the example frame beam replacing design for an office building, the original frame beam is replaced by the new one and changed by the position of the beam. The method is simple, by which the expense of a project is much less and the period of construction is shorter.
