摘要
本文介绍了超声振动挤压强化工具头的设计特点及修磨方法;并通过大量实验,分析了挤压工具头的磨损规律及各工艺参数对其耐用度的影响。
The method how to design and dress the tools that is used on the ultrosonic roller extrusiom strenthening metal surface technique is recommended in this paper、And the relations between the technique processnig conditions and thd extrusion tools abrade wear is also investigated throgh a series tests.
