摘要
在电解槽中,用离子法(Bi、Co、Ni、V等)和悬浮法(PbO)制备了改性电解二氧化锰(EMD),并对其进行了化学分析、动电位扫描和恒流充放等实验。结果表明Bi-EMD和Pb-EMD在深度放电和浅度放电都显示出良好的可充性。电镜扫描(SEM)确定了掺杂物的含量并可看出EMD的微观结构;光电子能谱(XPS)确定了Bi与Pb在EMD中分别以Bi_2O_3与Pb_3O_4的形式存在;X—射线衍射(XRD)测试表明所得EMD为γ型。根据实验结果,提出了Bi-EMD电解沉积机理,并探讨了Bi-EMD具有良好可充性的反应机理。
Electrochemically modified manganese dioxide had prepared by ion .(Bi,Co,Ni,V)and suspension (PbO)methods. These samples were studied in 9N KOH by potential dynamic sweep and galvanostatic cycles methods. The experimental results indicated that Bi-EMD and Pb-EMD showed excellent rechargeability both in deep and shallow discharge regions. SEM determined the contents of doped materials and showed their microstructure. XPS analysis of the samples showed that Bi,Pb in EMD with the form of Bi2O3,Pb3O4 respectively. XRD indicated that the doped EMD samples belonged to 7-type. According to these experimental results the authors had proposed the precipitated mechanism and discussed the rechargeability of modified manganese dioxide electrodes.
