摘要
针对供水系统水泵多、水泵工作方式多 ,要求供水压力稳定等特点 ,设计了一种新型恒压变频供水自动控制系统。该系统是以 AT89C5 1单片机和变频器为核心 ,采用改进的 PID算法。本文分析了系统的工作原理和工作过程 ,给出了硬件框图及控制算法实现流程图 ,着重说明了 PID算法在单片机上的实现方法 ,同时阐述了系统的工作特点 ,实践证明这是一种经济实用的先进控制技术。
For the characteristics of many water pumps in water supply system, a novel automatic control system of variable frequency and constant pressure is introduced. It takes AT89C51 single-chip computer and frequency inverter as core using the improved PID algorithm. This paper analyzes the working principle and process of the system, and the hardware structure chart and implement figure of the control algorithm are given. This dissertation elaborated the implement method of PID algorithm with single-chip computer and the work characteristics of the system is also discussed. It is proved that the technology is very advance and useful by practice.
