摘要
提出了采用变频器来实现对注塑机的流量控制,避免了溢流损失,实现节能,介绍了变频调速节能装置的节能原理,注塑机节能改造的注意事项。
Frequency converting control is presented to carry out discharge control of in- jection mjachine in this paper.As a result overflow loss is avoided because discharge of output accords with discharge of input.This paper introduces the energy-saving principle of inverter velocity-modulation energy-saving e- quipment,the principle and method of in- jection molding machine energy-saving alter- ation the notice proceeding of injection mold- ing machine energy-saving alteration.
