摘要
对空气冷却器翅片管强化传热新途径作了阐述 ,介绍了各种新型翅片管的结构形式、制造工艺和传热性能。同时 ,将具有代表性的新型翅片管的传热和摩擦阻力性能与传统的平直翅片管进行了比较 ,给出了相应的传热系数曲线、流动阻力系数曲线和实验公式。研究表明 ,空气冷却器翅片管经过强化传热改造后 ,传热效果显著提高。指出在制造和选择新型空气冷却器翅片管时 。
This article formulized the new methods of enhanced heat transfer for finned tubes of air-cooled heat exchangers, and introduced the construction and manufacturing technology of the new type of finned tubes. Compared the characteristics of heat transfer and frictional resistance of the new type of finned tubes with that of traditional finned tubes, and the corresponding curves and experimental formulae of heat transfer coefficient and frictional resistance were given. It was manifested that after the traditional finned tubes was improved, the effictiveness of heat transfer was visibly enhanced, both in environmental protection and energy conservation, the new type of finned tubes had high value in engineering. Pointed out the necessary considered factors on the selection and manufacture of new type of finned tubes of air-cooled heat exchangers.
