摘要 MackT-9试验缸套磨损主要是烟炱磨粒磨损造成的,随润滑油中烟炱含量增加而增大。润滑油流变性能对缸套磨损影响比较大,添加剂和基础油的交互作用对缸套磨损的影响更为明显。MackT-9试验轴瓦磨损主要来自润滑油中酸的腐蚀。 The cylinder liner wear of the engine is mainly caused by soot abrasive wear in Mack T-9 test. The wear level goes up as the increase of soot level. The rheological property of lubricant plays a key role in the wear of the cylinder liner. The interaction of additive and base oil shows a strong effect on cylinder liner wear. The bearing insert wear is mainly attribute to the acid corrosion in lubricant.
