摘要
对聚丙烯(PP)涂覆料生产过程中由于原料变化导致的质量问题进行了分析,指出由于原料去活不彻底从而造成PP涂覆料生产过程中产生质量问题。建议:将PP生产负荷降到6t/h以下;缩短原料的存放时间;适当增加辅料中抗氧剂的比例,降低降解剂的比例。
This paper analyzed the quality problem of coating grade polypropylene (PP), which arose from the variation in raw materials during the production process. It was pointed out that incompletion in deactivating catalyst was the cause for the deterioration in quality of the PP product. A countermeasure against the problem was presented, comprising reducing production load of PP to below 6 t/h, shortening storage time of the raw materials, properly increasing antioxidant proportion in the auxiliary materials and cutting down dosage of the degradant additive.
