摘要
本文在分析饮用水源特性和我国实际管理情况的基础上提出我国饮用水源保护立法应以可持续发展为基本指导思想,并对完善或创新我国饮用水源保护法律调控提供了有关依据和思路。
The article ecpounts that the legislation of conservation of drinking water sources in China should regard sustainable development at a basic guiding ideology, at the same time the article provides the basic thoughts for improving and innovating legistating adjustment and control on conservation of drinking water sources in China.
