摘要
重组人白细胞介素-1α(rhI1-1α,IL-1)对C3H和BALB/c小鼠的辐射防护作用有明显的种属差异。在C3H小鼠产生防护作用的IL-1剂量显著高于BALB/c小鼠的剂量.IL-1能增加BALB/c和C3H小鼠早期多能造血干细胞(CFU—S_(12))的数目,但C3H小鼠的CFU—S_(12)对IL-1的反应性低于BALB/c小鼠。BALB/c小鼠的骨髓基质细胞层在无TL-1存在时能很好地维持骨髓细胞的生长,而C3H小鼠的骨髓基质细胞层需有IL-1的存在才能维持骨髓有核细胞的生长。上述事实提示,IL-1对C3H和BALB/c小鼠的辐射防护作用存在种属差异。
There is a strain difference in radioprotection of interleukin-l ( IL-1 ) between C3H and BALB/c mice. The dose producing effective radioprotection in C3H mice was much higher than that in BALB/c mice. The studies also show that the number of CFU-S12 in BALB/c and C3H mice was increased by IL-1 .The CFU-S12 of C3H mice needs higher dose of IL-1 than that of BALB/c mice to become activitated in vivo. Furthermore, the stromal cells in long term bone marrow culture of C3H mice in the presence of IL- 1 can support bone marrow nucleated cells to grow, but those in BALB/c mice can do without IL-1 .These findings may explain the strain difference of IL-1 mediated radioprotection.
