摘要
作者报道了用小鼠抗人胃癌单克隆抗体MG7,MGd1以铬-免疫球蛋白鞣酸法致敏绵羊红细胞(SRBC_s),建立反向被动血凝(RPHA),检测不同人群组中MG7,MGd1抗原(MG-Ags)的水平。如以≥1:32血凝滴度为分界值,则诊断胃癌的敏感性为52.4%,特异性92.9%,准确性76.7%。食管癌、结肠癌、肺癌、消化道良性病及健康献血员的阳性率分别为 35.7%,33.3%,24%,10.6%和 3.3%。提示本法有助于胃癌的血清学诊断。
To detect the serum level of gastric cancer-associated antigens as a screening test in mass survey, the authors established reverse passive hemagglutination (RPHA) by using murine monoclonal antibodies a-gainst human gastric cancer (MG7, MGd1) coupled with sheep red blood cells by chrome-immunoglobuhn-tannic acid method. If the cut-off value of positive reaction was set at ≥1:32, the sensitivity of gastric cancer was 52. 4% , specificity 92. 9% , accuracy 76. 7%. The positivity rates of patients with esophageal cancer, colonic cancer, lung cancer, benign gastrointestinal diseases and blood donors were 35. 7% 33. 3% , 24% , 10. 6% and 3. 3%, respectively. These results suggested that RPHA may be useful for serological diagnosis of gastric cancer.
