摘要
意大利1988年刑事诉讼法典的制定与颁布标志着该国由审问式侦查模式向对抗式侦查模式的根本转变,如此激进的改革备受世人瞩目,考察意大利刑事侦查制度改革的内容及其运作实践,从中探索具有普遍性和共同性的规律,对我国刑事侦查制度的改革和完善就具有重大借鉴意义。
