作者通过T1—In-S三元系实验研究,在300℃等温面上发现4个三元固溶体相和2个三元相。4个三元固溶体相的成分变化范围分别是:(Ⅰ)T1_(2C)InS_(16)-T1_(40)In_3S_(33);(Ⅱ)T1_4InS_5—T1_4InS_4;(Ⅲ)T1_8In_2S_7—T1_(15)In_3S_(11)和(Ⅳ)T1_2In_2S_5。2个三元相的成分分别是T1_3InS_3和T1_2In_2S_3。这些相之间的关系清楚地示于T1-In-S相图中。此外,在600℃时合成了三元相T1In_2S_3,并对前人的实验研究进行了补充和修正。
A series of experiments on the Tl-In-S system were conducted at 300℃.TheT1-In-S complete ternary phase relations obtained in the present study is givenin Fig. 1. At 300℃ the thallium is in the solid state, but sulfur and indium are inthe liquid state. Binary sulfide compounds are TI_2S (Carlinite), In_2S_3,InS andIn_6S_7. In the Tl-In-S ternary relations 2 synthetic mineral species(G, L) and 4 sol-id-solution series (Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ,Ⅳ) at 300℃,were found: Tl_3InS_3(G) phase lies on theTl_2S-In_2S_3 join and Tl_2In_2S_3(L)phase oh the Tl_2S-InS join. The solid-solution series(Ⅳ), located in the central portion of the diagram, changes from Tl_7In_5S_(11)(Ⅰ)toTlInS_2(K) on the Tl_2S-In_2S_3 join and extends up to Tl_2In_2S_5(J) on the TlS-In_2S_3join. The thallium-rich solid-solution series (Ⅱ) ranges from Tl_4InS_4 (C) on theTl_4S_3-InS join up to Tl_4InS_5 (B) on the TlS-InS join. The solid-solution series (Ⅰ)that is richest in thallium appears on the Tl_4S_3-InS join and varies in composition from Tl_(20)InS_(16)(A) to Tl_(40)In_3S_(33)(A). Another series(Ⅲ) varies in compositionfrom Tl_5TnS_4(D) on the Tl_2S-In_2S_3 join downward to Tl_(15),In_3S_(11),(F) on the Tl_2S-In_2S_3Join. Besides, the authors confirmed the existence of a new ternary phase TlIn_2S_3(O) in the synthetilc system at a higher temperature of 600℃.Characteristic X-ray diffraction data of some new phases are listed in Table
