摘要
多元化是文化的时代性与民族性的双重表现,是文化互动形成的世界文化格局的表现。法律文化的多元化表达的是人在认识法律的过程中对法律的不同态度,表达的是不同的文化意义系统。一定的法律文化现象只能是在一定时间空间条件下形成和发展起来,不同文明国家在社会演变中形成各具特色的法律文化心理,具有一定的不可变迁性,从而形成各具形态的多元文化。
The Variation is not only the double refection of culture's epoch and nationality, but also the expression of world cultural structure formed as the result of cultural interaction. The varied expression of law culture represent man's different attitudes towards law in the course of approaching law, and show the various systems of cultural meanings. The specific phenomenon of culture law can only take shape and develop under given conditions of time and space. In the process of social evolution, the different civilized countries obtain the distinguished psychologies of law culture which has certain stability and thus develops the multicultural environment with diversified patterns.
