摘要
为了寻求既简单又精确的岩石拉伸试验方法,针对试件与试验机连接难的问题,以花岗岩为试件用两种方法进行了一系列单轴拉伸试验,第一种方法利用伍德合金熔点低的特性来实现试件与试验机的连接;第二种方法把试件直接用高强粘结剂粘接在压头上.试验结果表明:在第二种试验方法中,拉应力能均匀地施加到试件上,得到的结果准确度高.试验同时,对试件的抗拉强度、极限应变、声发射事件率等进行了测量.
In order to find some simple and accurate methods for uniaxial tension test for rock materials, series of tests were performed in connecting rock specimens with testing machine. In these tests, two kinds of connecting methods between specimens and testing machine were used. One is connected by Wood?s metal which makes use of its low melting point; the other is directly adhering the specimens to the presser-plate. Better results were abtained from the latter method. The tensile strength, ultimate strain and acoustic emission rates of the specimens were also measured during the uniaxial tensile tests.
