摘要
建设地区集中的大学园区是形成高等教育发展与区域经济发展协调效应的战略选择 ,同时也是缓解高校投资压力、提高教育投资经济效益、提升地区大学竞争力的重要措施。从区域规划布局角度 ,对大学园区建设的路径选择进行了探讨。在阐述、分析高校园区建设规划布局管理的现状及其存在问题的基础上 ,提出了高校园区建设规划布局科学化的设想。
College campus building is a strategic option for achieving coordinated development of higher education and regional economy.Meanwhile,it is also an important measure to lessen the pressure of collegiate investment,increase the economic benefit of educational investment,and raise the regionally competitive power of colleges and universities.In this paper,from the perspective of regional planning,an explorative discussion is made of the optional approaches to college campus building.Based on an analysis of the present condition and problems of college campus bulding in terms of planning and distribution,some tentative ideas are proposed for scientific planning and distribution in college campus building.
