摘要
日本是我国的主要食品出口贸易市场。入世以后,我国对日出口贸易遭遇严重的绿色壁垒,日本的环保和卫生标准日趋严格。今后我国应该针对日本绿色食品市场的特点,建立与国际接轨的环境管理标准和机制,培育一批从事绿色食品生产的高科技龙头企业,建成具有世界领先水平的绿色食品生产基地,实行“走出去”、“引进来”的发展战略,加强与日本的绿色食品生产的合作,以突破日本的绿色贸易壁垒,有效开拓日本的绿色食品市场。
Japan, as China’s major market for foodstuff export which is tightening its environmental and hygienic standards daily, has built up serious “green barriers” to China’s foodstuff export. It is observed by this paper that, in accordance with the characteristics of the need of Japan’s market for green foodstuff, China should establish according to international common practice an environment control system and standards, organize a group of major high-tech businesses engaged in the production of green foodstuff, and set up some internationally leading green foodstuff production bases. In doing so, it is found by this paper, the strategy of “learning and introducing from abroad” should be carried out and cooperation with Japan’s green foodstuff production businesses should be strengthened. Only by doing so can we breakthrough Japan’s green trade barriers and effectively open up the green foodstuff market in Japan.
