摘要
与社会其它行业相比,图书馆改革已经严重滞后。论文着重提出了改革的目标内容:1.打破图书馆的部门、地区局限,真正把图书馆办成一项高度社会化的事业;2.打破人才单位所有制,坚定实行聘用合同制;3.打破分配上的平均主义,努力实现以岗位工资为主体的分配模式;4.打破万事不求人的传统业务工作方式,积极探索专业化和规模经营之路。
Compared with other society service, library reform has lagged seriously. This article emphasizes the objective content of reform as follows. 1.To break through the limit of region and branch,and make library a highly socialized service. 2.To break through the limit of the system that persons attached to library, and implement firmly the system of contract employment.3.To break through the egalitarianism in distribution,and try to realize the distribution pattern based on post salary. 4.To break through the traditional working pattern of asking for no help from others, and search actively for the way of specialized operation.
