摘要
朝核危机是当前国际关系和中国外交中的一个热点问题,其实质是朝鲜半岛冷战对抗的延续,类似于政治现实主义所说的"安全困境"。要解决朝核危机,就必须坚持六方会谈的机制,并以此为平台,使相关各方彻底摈弃冷战思维,树立合作安全的新观念,建立东北亚多边安全机制。
DPRK's nuclear crisis is one of the hot issues in the contemporary international relations and in China's diplomacy as well. The essence of the crisis is the extension of the cold war in the Korean peninsula, which likes the 'security dilemma' in political realism. In order to solve the crisis fundamentally, we should continue to hold the Beijing six-side conference, and try our best to make each side abandon the cold war thoughts completely, foster cooperative new security ideas and establish the multilateral security mechanism in Northeast Asia.
