摘要
通过对3所高校中7个院系的28个本科班学生进行问卷调查分析,发现了湖南省高校实施创新人才的培养存在的问题及其原因,并提出了相应的措施。
By conducting a questionnaire on the 28 undergraduate classes in 7 schools (departments) of 3 universities, the results show the problems and causes of training innovative personnel in higher learning institutions of Hunan Province. This paper also suggests corresponding countermeasures.
