摘要
布什上台执政以来 ,不仅美国政府与知识精英对国家大战略进行了激烈和充分的研讨、分析、评估 ,而且布什政府也重新调整了国家大战略布局的轻重缓急 ,并且基本确定了具有自身特征的战略构想、战略意图和战略目标。我们以大战略理论作为分析视角 ,综合布什总统本人及其核心班子成员的言行 ,对布什政府入主白宫以来所展示出来的国家大战略的内涵与特质予以梳理和解析 ,能够使我们更好地把握和洞察美国的战略走向。
Since the beginning of Bush administration,not only US government has carried on fully and vehemently discussions,analysis,and assessments on national grand strategy with the elites of scholars,but Bush administration has also re-adjusted the overall arrangement and its level of emergency in the national grand strategy. They have basically established the strategic composition with its own features,the strategic intention,and strategic targets. By an analyzing view on the national grand strategy,with the consideration of the speeches and behavior of Bush,himself,and of his kernel cabinet figures,we may analyze and find out the meaning and particularity of the national grand strategy demonstrated by Bush administration since the beginning of their office,so that we may better grasp and perceive the trend of US strategies.
