摘要
目的分析全身热疗并发皮肤烫伤的特点及原因,探讨有效的护理措施。方法回顾性总结2003年7～11月13例我院全身热疗并发皮肤烫伤情况及护理体会。结果13例患者顺利地完成了全身热疗过程,9例发生皮肤烫伤,经治疗及护理后全部愈合。结论重视术前心理护理,加强防范意识,认真落实防范措施,可有效防止皮肤烫伤。
To analyze characteristics and reasons of the skin burn caused by whole body hyperthermia and discuss valid nursing measures. Method To review and summarize the reasons of skin burn caused by whole body hyperthermia and nursing in 22 patients admitted to our hospital from July 2003 to November 2003. Results Thirteen patients completed the whole process of whole body hyperthermia successfully. Skin burn occurred in 9 of them and healed through treatment and nursing. Conclusion Enhancing the consciousness of prevention and putting various nursing measures into practice can effectively prevent skin burn.
