摘要
目的了解腹膜透析患者的心理状况及其影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表分别调查66例腹膜透析患者,30例慢性肾病患者和30例健康者的心理状况。结果腹膜透析患者的心理症状多,心理状况差;心理状况与年龄和总病程成正相关。结论在腹膜透析治疗中不但要重视透析监护,而且特别要重视对患者的心理状况的观察和了解,有针对性地解除患者不利的心理因素,提高腹膜透析的治疗效果。
To study the psychological status and influential factors in peritoneal dialytic patients. Method Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) was applied to investigate the psychological status in 66 peritoneal dialysis patients, 30 patients suffered from chronic renal diseases and 30 healthy individuals. Results There were various psychological symptoms in peritoneal dialysis patients. Age and the length of dialysis influence psychological status of peritoneal dialytic patients. Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to the psychological status of peritoneal dialysis patients and try to tackle the psychological barrier and improve the effect of dialysis.
