摘要
大学生个性化是大学生全面发展的必然趋势。顺应这一趋势,高校学生思想政治工作应实现由培养和造就“道德人”向培养和造就“能力人”的转变。
Individualization is the inexorable trend of the allround development of college students in China. Therefore,in accordance with the trend, the focus of ideolonial and political work in colleges and universities today should turn from cultivating 'men of moral integrity' to cultivating 'men of capability'.
