摘要 旋转粘度计目前广泛用于对地质岩心钻探泥浆流变性能的测定,其对泥浆动切力τ_d进行测算的结果存在一定的误差。本文从3个方面分析研究误差产生的原因,包括测试过程中的机械摩擦阻力和流态变化的影响、计算公式建立方法不当的影响等。运用定量观测统计、定性理论探讨和严格数学推导等方法进行研究分析,可以看出,对动切力测算值以及传统的计算公式应予以必要的修正。 Rotary viscosimetor is.now widely used for measuring rheological data of the mud in geologic core drilling, there exist some errors in yield value obtained with a rotary viscosimetor. This paper deals with three factors in the analysis of errors: mechanical friction force and change of flow state occurring in measuring process, and an improper formula. Three techniques are employed for the analysis in the present paper: quantitative surveying statistics qualitative theoretical discussion and rigid mathematical derivation. It is concluded that some modifications should be made in terms of the measured yield value and traditional formula.
